Ingredients:

- 4 bell peppers or spicy long green peppers

- 1 lb ground pork

- Marinade for Pork:

   - 2 tbsp Chinese soy sauce

   - 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

   - 1 tbsp oyster sauce

   - 1 tsp salt

   - 1 tbsp cornstarch

- Sauce:

   - 2 tbsp light soy sauce

   - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

   - 1 tbsp oyster sauce

   - 2 tsp salt

   - 1 tbsp cornstarch

   - 1/3 cup water

   - 3 tbsp cooking oil

 

Instructions:

1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers or spicy long green peppers and remove the seeds.

2. In a bowl, combine the ground pork with Chinese soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, and cornstarch for the pork marinade. Mix well.

3. Stuff each pepper with the seasoned ground pork mixture.

4. Heat cooking oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Pan-fry the stuffed peppers until the peppers develop a crispy exterior, resembling a "tiger skin."

5. In a separate bowl, mix together light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce.

6. Pour the sauce into the wok or pan with the stuffed peppers. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the peppers.

7. Serve the stuffed peppers hot with rice. Enjoy this flavorful and savory dish!
