Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Gai Lan
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tbsp chopped garlic

Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add salt and 1 tbsp of cooking oil. This will help keep the Gai Lan green.
2. Add the Gai Lan to the boiling water and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the Gai Lan and drain the water. Place the cooked vegetable on a plate.
3. In a hot pan, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and stir-fry the chopped garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the oyster sauce and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Then, add water, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour the sauce over the cooked Gai Lan and serve hot.
