Ingredients:
- Half watermelon
- 2 mangoes
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lemon
- 1 pineapple
- Chinese loose leaf tea (or any green or black tea)
- Honey or sugar (to taste)
- Mint leaves (optional) 
Instructions:
1. Brew about 5 cups of Chinese loose leaf tea (or any green or black tea), then let it cool in the fridge.
2. Scoop out the watermelon into a large bowl. Cut the pineapple and mango into small pieces and add them to the watermelon.
3. Mash the fruits together to extract the juice. Pour the juice into a large pitcher.
4. Add some mashed watermelon, mango, and pineapple pieces into the pitcher.
5. Slice the dragon fruit, grapefruit, and lemon, and add them to the pitcher.
6. Add honey or sugar to taste.
7. Finally, pour in the cooled tea and stir well to combine.
8. Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for a refreshing and delicious Chinese fruit tea. Enjoy!
