Instructions:
1. Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the pork ribs and blanch for 5 minutes. Remove the ribs and rinse under cold water to remove any impurities.
4. In the same pot, add the pork ribs, tomatoes, green onions, and ginger slices. Fill the pot with enough water to cover all the ingredients.
