Beef Stir Fry with Pickled Peppers delivers a bold, tangy kick that balances perfectly with tender beef slices. The pickled peppers add a vibrant and slightly spicy flavor that makes this dish both exciting and mouthwatering.
Ingredients:
1/2 bunch cilantro, sliced into small pieces
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 pickled red peppers, chopped (or about 6 green pickled peppers, adjusted to taste)
2-3 tbsp Cookingbomb chili sauce (adjust to spice preference)
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 lb marinated beef tenderloin (using Method 1 or 2 see previous Beef marinate post )
Instructions:
Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pickled peppers, green onions, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant.
Add the marinated beef to the wok. Quickly stir fry until the beef just changes color, about 1 minute.
Turn off the heat. Add the sliced cilantro and Cookingbomb chili sauce. Mix well to combine everything.
Be careful not to overcook the beef; the entire stir-frying process should not exceed 2 minutes to keep the beef tender.
Plate the beef stir fry, garnish with extra cilantro if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
